Getting started

Four steps to a ready queue.

  1. 01
    Open your Google Sheet

Use the Sheet and exact tab your team plans to call from.

  2. 02
    Open RevSculpt Dialer

Select the sculpture mark in the Google Sheets title bar.

  3. 03
    Authorize the current file

Complete the Google access step for that Sheet, then return to the same tab.

  4. 04
    Confirm column mappings

Map the phone, contact and supporting fields. The queue will keep the Sheet’s row order.

Common fixes

Start with the state you can see.

A

The Dialer does not appear

Confirm the RevSculpt extension is enabled, then reload the Google Sheet. The launcher appears only on a supported Sheet page.

B

The Sheet needs access

Select Authorize this Sheet from the Dialer and complete the Google window. Access is granted only to the file you choose.

C

A prospect is filtered

Check local calling hours, do-not-call state, terminal outcomes, snooze state and the four-hour retry window for no-answer outcomes.

D

A call cannot start

Keep the warning visible and avoid repeated clicks. RevSculpt stops new calls when account, Sheet, provider or prior-call state cannot be verified safely.

E

An outcome is still pending

Use the visible retry action. The call outcome remains recoverable until the RevSculpt record and required Sheet update are acknowledged.

F

Audio is not using the right device

Open Settings, select the microphone and speaker again, then run both local tests before placing a call.
