Scope
This policy explains how RevSculpt (“we”, “us”) handles information when an authorized team member uses RevSculpt Dialer, its browser extension, calling service and support channels.
The public website does not include advertising trackers or a contact form. Your browser may store basic technical files needed to display the site.
Data we handle
Account and access information
We process account identifiers such as your name, email address, authentication state, workspace membership, permissions and service settings.
Selected Google Sheet information
When you explicitly connect a Sheet, the Dialer processes the mapped tab, headers and prospect fields needed to build your queue and show call context. Access is limited to files you choose through the Google authorization flow. RevSculpt does not use your Sheet data for advertising.
Calling and operational information
We process destination and caller numbers, call timing and status, selected outcomes, notes, routing decisions, safety checks, costs and technical events required to operate and protect the service.
Support information
If you contact us, we process the information you include in the request so we can respond and investigate.
How we use data
- Authenticate authorized callers and apply workspace permissions.
- Build a queue from the active, mapped Sheet and protect row order.
- Authorize, route and control calls under configured safety limits.
- Write verified outcomes and notes back to the correct Sheet row.
- Provide caller-scoped analytics, billing controls and reliability monitoring.
- Prevent misuse, investigate faults and secure the service.
Depending on the context, this processing supports delivery of the service, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where applicable.
Call recording and transcription
RevSculpt Dialer does not record calls or transcribe conversations by default. Those capabilities remain disabled unless they are separately configured for an approved use case with an appropriate consent and retention policy.
If recording is enabled for a team in the future, callers must follow all laws and organizational rules that apply to the people and jurisdictions involved. The applicable notice will be updated before that use begins.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Dialer, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and workspace configuration.
RevSculpt uses access controls, encrypted transport, scoped credentials, row-level database protections and server-owned authorization checks. No system is completely secure, but we design the service to fail closed when identity or call state cannot be verified.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect an authorized Sheet from the Dialer, sign out of the extension and ask your workspace administrator to change your access. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data.
To make a privacy request, email cyrill@revsculpt.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
